FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

Answers to the questions we hear most — about visiting, giving, ministries, and getting connected at The New House.

Events

How do I register for an upcoming event?+

Every event on our Events page has a "Register For Event" button that takes a few details and confirms your spot.

Can I book the church for a personal event?+

Yes — RCCG The New House opens its doors for members to host events. Use the Book an Event form to submit your request.

Is the Transformer Word Conference open to non-members?+

Yes, TWC is open to everyone. Registration is free and can be done from the TWC event page.

General

What time is Sunday service?+

Sunday Worship Service holds at 9:00 AM. We also have Word Encounter on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM and Night of Solution on the last Friday of every month.

How do I reach the church directly?+

You can call, WhatsApp, or email us at info@tnhng.org — all our contact details are in the footer of every page, or through the Get In Touch button.

Do you livestream services?+

Yes — every Sunday service and Word Encounter is streamed live. Visit our Watch page to join online or catch up on past messages.

Giving

How do I give if I'm not physically present?+

You can give online anytime through our Giving page using Paystack, or via direct bank transfer to any of the account details listed there.

Will I be asked to give as a first-time visitor?+

Never. Giving is always voluntary at TNH, and we won't single out or put pressure on first-time guests.

What's the difference between Giving and Partnership?+

Giving covers one-off offerings, tithes, and seed gifts. Partnership is a recurring monthly commitment to support the vision of the house, with its own dashboard to track your giving.

Ministries

How do I join a ministry?+

Browse our Ministries page to see what's available, then fill out the Join a Ministry form — a ministry lead will reach out to you directly.

Is there a ministry for young adults?+

Yes — check out Gen Z and Souled Out, both built for students and young adults navigating faith and life together.

Can I join more than one ministry?+

Absolutely. Many members serve across more than one ministry, as long as it doesn't stretch you too thin — we'd rather you thrive in one than burn out across three.

Visiting

Do I need to register before visiting?+

Not at all — you're welcome to just walk in. If you'd like us to expect you and have someone meet you at the door, use the "I'm Visiting" button on our Plan Your Visit page.

What should I wear to service?+

Come as you are — there's no dress code at TNH. Many members dress smart-casual on Sundays, but you're welcome exactly as you're comfortable.

Is there a program for my kids?+

Yes — our C4C children's ministry runs alongside the main service, with age-appropriate teaching, songs, and activities in a safe, supervised space.

Where do I park, and is it free?+

Free parking is available on-site with attendants to help you find a spot. We recommend arriving a little early on your first visit.
