The New House was established in May 2014 as a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), birthed through the obedience of Pastors Gbenga and Wuraola Tapere to God's call. It began as a budding House Fellowship and rapidly grew into a large family marked by heartfelt worship, sound teaching, and undeniable testimonies of God's power. The New House is a home where lives metamorphose, faith is ignited, and people are equipped to walk in their God-given purpose.
Pastor Gbenga Tapere, fondly known as PGT is a devoted follower of Jesus. His ministry journey began in the prayer department of RCCG, City Of David where his passion for God's work took root. To fulfill their purpose, he opened his home as a House Fellowship Center, and with Godspeed, it grew rapidly into The New House where her members and non-members experience the undeniable presence and glory of God. PGT is also a sportsman, civil engineer, and entrepreneur.
Pastor (Mrs.) Wuraola Tapere (PWT) is a passionate minister of the gospel, and serves alongside her husband, Pastor Gbenga Tapere, as lead Pastors of RCCG, The New House. They are blessed with two wonderful children. In 2016 following God's guidance, PWT established The Vessels of Honour. A women's ministry that nurtures, empowers, and supports the women in the church and the community at large. PWT is also a fashion guru who founded a prestigious fashion line, WOORA; and a philanthropist.
Our leaders and ministers are spirit-led, dedicated and intentional about serving with love, wisdom, kindness and humility. Together, with the help of God, they guide The New House Family.
